The Court of Appeals has recently held that the amended child support statute

The Court of Appeals has recently held that the amended child support statute, Ind. Code ยง 31-16-6-6, trumps language in a dissolution decree providing that a parent was obligated to pay child support until the child reached the age of twenty-one (21). Effective July 1, 2012, the age for termination of child support was reduced from twenty-one (21) to nineteen (19) years of age.
